Patagonia Hummingbirds

These pictures were taken at Mrs. Patons house in Patagonia, Az. You just walk into the backyard and there are all kinds of birds there. Ben heard that a violet crowned hummingbird frequents there and it is a rare bird for Arizona. Sure enough we saw him.

I’m so impressed with your pictures of the hummingbirds! They are beautiful! When I was little, I always wanted a hummingbird as a pet. I thought it would be so cool for the little hummingbird to sit on my little finger. Too bad that never happened. A kid can dream!
